After his shambolic display when he read a wrong speech, President Mugabe has summoned Parliament to what he is calling an extraordinary sitting.
Both the National Assembly and Senate members are required to attend. Clerk of Parliament Mr Kennedy Chokuda, in a statement, implored all Members of Parliament to attend.

“The Clerk of Parliament, Mr K.M Chokuda would like to inform all Members of Parliament that pursuant to section 110 (2) (c ) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, His Excellency the President, Cde R.G Mugabe has summoned Parliament to an extraordinary sitting to conduct special business. Parliament will meet at 1400 hours in the National Assembly chamber,” said Mr Chokuda.

“Thus, all Members of Parliament must be in their respective Chambers by 1400hours, Wednesday, 16 September 2015.”

When Parliament adjourned yesterday, Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa, who is also leader of Government Business in the House had said the next sitting would be on September 22, 2015.
Mugabe has been told he was now too old to lead the country after he read a wrong speech without even realising it. This would never have happened to the Mugabe of old.
