JOHANNESBURG - Mpumalanga Black Aces striker, Tendai Ndoro, has completed his long-awaited move to Soweto giants, Orlando Pirates.
Soccer Laduma can now reveal that the striker is now undergoing medicals at Bucs. A source close to the club disclosed that the deal has been finalised.
The former Chicken inn forward has been linked with many Absa Premiership clubs with Pirates entering a bidding war against Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs.
However, it appears the Sea Robbers have won the race to sign the striker because that’s here he feels he is likely to get more game time.
“Pirates are keen, and it appears likely that Tendai will sign for them at this stage," a source told Goal.com earlier this month.
“However, Sundowns are still in the picture, although they are yet to come back with a concrete offer.”
The source added the Ndoro's only concern over Sundowns' interest is that they already have too many foreign players, and that it could take time for him to settle in Chloorkop.
“It's no secret that Sundowns have too many foreign players. Some of them were even loaned out and are expected to return for pre-season and of course every player would be concerned.” - Soccer Laduma/Goal
