On 17 October 2023 around 6:45 am,
a man (31) of Kings Hillside, Bulawayo parked his silver Toyota Raum
registration number ADN 2188, between 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue,
Bulawayo. Closed all windows, locked all the doors and
