HARARE – President Cyril Ramaphosa has arrived in Harare to co-chair the Zimbabwe Bi-National Commission.
Financial assistance is expected to take centre stage when Ramaphosa meets his Zimbabwe counterpart Emmerson Mnangagwa.
The two countries will be expected to sign a number of agreements.
Zimbabwe has already pleaded with South Africa to assist with reviving its struggling economy.
Last year, the country requested a loan of over R1-billion which the SA government turned down.
