WE COULD NOT HAVE SAVED MUNATSI : FIRE CHIEF

HARARE City Council fire chief Clever Mafoti yesterday downplayed suggestions that his crews could have saved Zimbabwe Investment and Development Agency boss, Douglas Munatsi, who died in a shocking fire incident at his penthouse on Monday morning. Mafoti spoke as several top firemen across Zimbabwe maintained that Munatsi could have been saved had it not been for serious incapacities at
