TRANSPORT and Infrastructural Development Minister Advocate Felix Mhona has appointed three new members to the Airports Company of Zimbabwe board of directors.

The appointment is effective August 21, 2026, and the incoming board members are Dr Heriet K Mhondiwa, Retired (Rtd) Police Commissioner Clement Munoriarwa and Engineer Natalie C. Masvaire.

They will replace Dr Tendai Joseph Mabvure, Ms Tinotenda J Nhewede and Mrs Rumbidzai Dihwa.

The Airports Company of Zimbabwe announced the appointments in a statement issued on Thursday.

“Effective 21 August 2026, the Airports Company of Zimbabwe (Private) Limited (ACZ) has officially reconstituted its board of directors following appointments made by the Minister responsible for Transport and Infrastructural Development in consultation with the Office of the President,” it said.

“We bid a heartfelt farewell and express our profound gratitude to outgoing members Dr TJ Mabvure, Ms TJ Nhewede and Mrs R Dihwa for their invaluable leadership following the completion of their final terms.

“Marking the start of an ambitious new chapter, we warmly welcome incoming board members Dr Heriet K Mhondiwa, Rtd Commissioner Clement Munoriarwa and Engineer Natalie C. Masvaire for a four-year tenure, while celebrating the re-appointment of Advocate Tichaona John Muhonde as Board Chairperson for a second four-year term.
